Mr. Enoch David joined the profession in 2009 after completing his B.A.LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) Cochin with First Class. During his course of study he had been selected to undergo an internship programme with Hon’ble Mr. Justice P. Sathasivam, Judge, Supreme Court of India (Later Chief Justice of India and Governor of Kerala) and also at the National Judicial Academy, Bhopal. He was also part of the team that won the NALSAR 2nd Annual Justice B.R. Swahny Memorial National Moot Court Competition in the year 2008. He is a Post Graduate in Criminal Law from the Mahatma Gandhi University. He was selected for a Summer Course in Private International Law by The Hague Academy of International Law at the Hague, Netherlands in the year 2017. Mr. David handles Writ works and Criminal as well as Civil Works before the Hon’ble High Court. He also does non-litigation works including corporate client services and support, legal scrutiny, opinion and documentation, process outsourcing, negotiations etc
