Mr. Karol Alencherry is an accomplished legal professional with over a decade of experience in the field of law. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from His Highness Maharaja’s Law College, Ernakulam, and has been actively practicing since 2010. He went on to pursue his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Contract Law from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, further enhancing his expertise in commercial and civil legal matters.
Mr. Alencherry regularly represents clients before the High Court of Kerala, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions (CDRC), District & Sessions Courts, Family Courts, and various subordinate courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities. Known for his dedication, strategic approach, and comprehensive understanding of the law, Mr. Alencherry is committed to delivering effective legal solutions across a wide range of practice areas.
